It's a dress of the day AND a Disney Drop? Hooray! Halloween is coming and you need a very niche costume? Are you A very big fan of Powerline from the Goofy Movie? This dress is a subtle costume/day dress/could it be more comfortable for layering on a New England trick or treating night?? Shown also, a powerline costume, but mine is much better.
