I am going to widen my product line and am now engraving water bottles and tumblers like the YETI cups. I can engrave any round metal cup, tumbler, bottle, pie pans, etc up to 8.5" in diameter.

I have recently received an order of various-sized water bottles. These are shown in the photos with the size and price. If you have only simple engraving requests such as school logos, company-supplied logos/graphics, names, and numbers then I will do the design and setup for free. Any advanced design work that will take significant time may require an additional charge (contact me for a quote). I am willing to negotiate for high-quantity orders.

All items (except for the 32oz water bottle will fit in standard car cup holders.

Back in 2022 I posted my concept and design and construction of a DIY Rotary.
Since then, I have made a couple of other variations including one that would handle larger tumblers with handles. This worked out well, but I occasionally had a slip with larger tumblers. Got to thinking on how I could possibly improve upon this and saw where I could purchase a 3 Jaw Chuck Rotary, but I knew that I could do it for a lower cost. So, I got to designing and came up with the following. I use Plexiglas for the main body. All of the PLA (plastic) parts are printed out on my 3D printer. There are only two types of bearings in this project. I wanted a larger bore bearing so that the shaft would hold up, so I used wheelbarrow bearings. The guide rollers supporting the bottom of the tumbler are skateboard bearings.
So far this rotary is working out great and is my new go-to rotary. It is capable of holding an 8.5” diameter item with the optional Super Sized Jaws.
I am now selling a kit version for $180 + shipping + tax = $210.31 to the public. It is not as flashy as the expensive commercial versions but it gets the job done at a considerable cost savings. I have a series of DETAILED videos on YouTube that show each step of the assembly process and I am always available on Messenger if you have any questions. I am retired and I am happy to answer any questions. You will need to be able to solder the wiring for the stepper motor. I have a video showing how it is done and also a written instruction file. If you do not have the capability to do this phase then I will provide a ready to go stepper motor for an additional $25 charge.
