Several hundred Nucs, the weather has been great.
Mostly things go smooth.
Deliveries times have a buffer of pickup times.
But I blew the first one but got caught up on second one,
The first delivery I blew a starter.
3 hours later I was at first location . Everyone was really understanding, as vanI use group text messaging. I have the best customers.
The story goes…I stopped for coffee and the truck would turn over. I tried to jump it to no avail. (STARTER)
Found a travel Mechanic that went from his house to get the starter then started R&R the starter. Real fast work. Wasn’t cheap but good work never is.
I run early mornings to keep heat down and traffic low,
I have Hugh fans in the trailer along with big fans all run off a generator.
There’s also big adjustable louvers in the sides and front to keep Bee’s cool when underway,
I made it to next place and trailer was shaking ! I delivered Bees and was walking around checking things out an a tire had the steel cords sticking out. There’s the wiggle!
Got that changed as I had a spare and I know everyone at the airport
I delivered to.
Then got on a ferry to the next delivery and all went well.
One more multi-city run on Monday out Eastern Washington.
Oregon deliveries were done at the apiary.
