This is my Before & Better

I started something 8 weeks ago that has already changed my life for the BETTER!! 💪🏼

Before:
Before I started this I felt fatigue, couldn't sleep 😴, no energy, I ate junk food and ran off Coke Zero.

Better:
I no longer run off Coke Zero or Dr.Pepper Zero. I have all-day energy and I'm down 23+lbs. 🥳

I am excited about my weight loss journey & I would love to do this with others.
