“My name is Jenny Koltenback of Jenny Koltenback Pottery. I live in Hatfield with my husband, my mother, and our two black cats. When I’m not in my garage studio working on pottery, you’ll likely find me at the ice rink. I play on a men’s league team in Hatfield with my husband, and also skate in a women’s league out of Warminster.
I’ve been selling at Green Top Gift Shop for 2 years!

Supporting the arts and our local community has always been important to me. I love shopping local, whether that’s visiting The Ceramic Shop in Norristown, supporting fellow artists at The Craftery, or taking classes at TileWorks in Doylestown to continue learning and growing as an artist. I also enjoy volunteering with cat rescue organizations and finding opportunities to help others whenever I can.

My husband and I are passionate Flyers fans and proud supporters of the Flyers Alumni Association. Over the years, we’ve also participated in several fundraisers benefiting Snyder Youth Hockey.

In addition to all of this, I work full-time as a Quality Auditor in the pharmaceutical industry. The long hours keep me busy, but I’ve always believed in making the most of every moment and continuing to move forward, learn, and grow.
That’s why I’m especially grateful for the opportunity to be part of Green Top Gift Shop. Supporting local businesses and being surrounded by such a wonderful community of makers means so much to me. I feel incredibly lucky to have a place on the shelf at Becca’s store and to share my work alongside so many talented local artists.

I don’t have a favorite item to make but I do love creating in general — I really think it is amazing what your body and brain can produce!

My hopes and goals for the future are simple. Keep a smile on most days, continue to come up with ideas, or make old ones new with subtle changes.“
