TOOLS FOR TRANSFORMATION BASIC WORKSHOP LAYOUT
Our Basic Workshop: As tools for transformation facilitators we are here to bring some guidance towards finding ones ultimate joy and living ones soul’s purpose here NOW!!!
We have gathered a lot of knowledge and tools during our spiritual journey in which we are excited to share with other and continue being the teachers and students in this infinite school of life!
We shall start by facilitating a basic workshop to reconnect everyone with source energy so they can re-remember that they are creators of their own reality and regain the confidence, inner strength and clarity to make any life changes needed to live a more fulfilling life, living in the heart center!
We will provide a sacred comfortable atmosphere with tapestries, sacred altar, handmade art and essential oil mist, all providing ambiance!
Than we shall start by introducing ourselves and all tuning in together, With an opening mantra, explaining its meaning: ONG NAMO GURU DEV NAMO

This is an ancient Sanskrit mantra used in kundalini yoga which is the umbrella in which all yoga’s come from. Once we have all connected our energy and are present in the circle, I shall lead everyone through a 7th Plane chakra activation Theta Meditation, which is my own intuitive version of the meditation used in theta healing. It leads one all the way down to inner earth connecting with mother Gaia and the crystal caverns healing energy moving it back into the body moving the energy all the way out the crown, all the way to the 7th plane which is source energy/creator of all that is, the place of creativity/spirituality/inspiration of instant healing and manifestation. It’s connecting everyone with their higher self, creator of all that is in which we all one with. Bringing that pure love energy back into our body, activating our 7 basic chakras all the way down connecting back with mother Gaia, grounding ourselves here on earth and bringing it all into the heart center. We believe that if you always live in your heart you will live a blissful life!
During this meditation we will be playing theta healing sound waves gently in the background. Theta being a deep state of relaxation/dream state where your subconscious mind holds memories, sensations and beliefs. As everyone is coming back into their body’s we will provide some sound healing with singing bowls.
Than we shall hold a sacred cacao or kava ceremony poured in crystal onyx cups. Explaining a little history and health benefits of the poured tea while handing out questionnaires.
These questions allow everyone the opportunity for soul searching while in the theta state connected to their higher self. They have the opportunity to reflect on their lives allowing any blockages/beliefs not serving their highest self to come to the surface to release.
Than we shall give everyone the opportunity to share whatever is most powerfully coming to them at that moment. Afterwards we can continue to give some guidance or recommendations to tools that may be helpful in their journey. Allowing at this time source energy to work through us sharing whatever comes through.
That is our basic workshop! If it’s a few day festival we will have taken notes on what was coming up the most for people what tools we have to offer that we can expand on during the next workshop for everyone’s benefit.
This is our Tools for Transformation basic platform but we are open and willing to co-create with you! Our skills and passions include art therapy, law of attraction, sacred geomety, Light language channelings, synchronicity detective investigating your synchronicities & dreams, Raw vegan gluten free food preparation, cocoa & kava ceremonies, life coaching, card readings, theta meditation, gem therapy, land art/creating sacred altars, immune boosters, motivational and inspirational speeches…..
