THE RERUN RAGS DOWNTOWN LOCATION IS NOW CLOSED. IF YOU HAVE ITEMS TO PICK-UP PLEASE CALL OR TEXT (660) 851-6225 TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS. THE FEW CONSIGNMENT CHECKS REMAINING WILL ALL BE MAILED OUT BY 7/23/21 TO THE ADDRESS ON FILE. IF YOUR ADDRESS HAS CHANGED, CALL (660) 851-6225. IF CHECKS ARE RETURNED OR NOT CASHED AFTER 6 MONTHS, THEY WILL BE VOIDED AND SENT TO THE STATE TREASURER'S OFFICE FOR UNCLAIMED FUNDS. We may be closing earlier than July 24th. Come on out to help us clear off our racks!

A reminder to pick-up your remaining expired consignment items ASAP. If you have been notified by phone, email, or messenger, you will have 5 business days for pick-up before they are donated. Please do not wait until the last minute to contact us. Any outstanding consignor balances will be mailed to the address on file.

ReRun Rags is not closing but we will be shutting the doors of our downtown location and moving solely online with Facebook and our website www.rerunrags.com. Our last day open will be on Saturday, July 24th, 2021. We will announce any store closing sales we may have next week. All consignments have expired and we have pulled nearly all unsold items and have them prepped and ready for pick-up along with consignment payout checks. I believe it's about 40 consignors who still need to retrieve items/funds. Our time is still limited, so please send us a message or give us a call ahead of time so that we can have your check prepared. Any items not picked up by Saturday, July 24th, 2021 will be donated to Open Door or another charity if they are not accepting donations at that time.

As many of you know, Makenna is leaving for college in August and we have not yet grown to a point of being able to hire help or even pay ourselves. Nor do we anticipate this to be the case, even if we were to drop a ton of money into advertising. The return just isn't there for this industry. The market has not been as good to us as it once was for me when I had a shop in another life several years ago in another city. We have spent countless hours trying to figure out a feasible solution to keep our brick and mortar open, but regrettably, we were unsuccessful. The costs to maintain a retail store are very high and the market here has demanded our prices stay too low.

Anyway, we are so fortunate to have met so many wonderful people along our journey and we wouldn't change any of our experiences. Spending time as mother/daughter co-owners is a priceless experience.

This is NOT goodbye but we do want to say thank you to all of the consignors and shoppers who did their best to support us.

We will be closed on Saturday, July 3rd for the 4th of July weekend. Our usual busy Friday (yesterday) was dead so we figured most people are busy or out of town spending time with friends and family. We decided to do the same. Have a safe and happy 4th!
