Here we are getting ready to get into the busiest time of the year...Thanksgiving, Christmas, then New Year....
As we get older and watch our children, grandchildren, and some... even great grandchildren we realize time is moving so much faster from the time when we were kids ourselves with our grandparents...
We start to become and feel nostalgic in remembering what it was like growing up....lol. Boy that sounded like my grandparents talking...lol but it is true.

So this year I hope to write down rid bits of information that my grandparents told me to my grandchildren...
I'm not perfect...and I don't expect either of you to be perfect....
Whatever job you do....do your best work....
Your word is your honor... Stand by your word.... In ALL things...
Hard work makes you stronger...I guarantee....
Never make a promise unless you can keep it... Instead say I will try....
When you love someone....realize....NO ONE IS PERFECT....we get as close as we can....we are only human....
Above all....trust Creator....All things Will work out to the good in the end...
When things get rough.....DON'T GIVE UP!!! Keep your chin up....go over..., go under..., go around..., even if you have to... Go through... To get on the other side....YOU ARE STRONGER THAN YOU THINK!!!
Have COMPASSION for yourself and others when mistakes are made....
When you mess up...apologize and strive to really mean it...
Above all else...KNOW... ❤YOU ARE LOVED... MISTAKES AND ALL💜

Haven't had much to post lately as was out of state for 2 weeks visiting family and friends in Ohio. Thank you to my daughter LeeAnn Stroud for a relaxed visit. Happy Birthday to 5 grandchildren: Lindsay Gay Aug. 25 age 10, Roger Stroud Sept. 19 age 4, Jeanette Stroud Oct 26 age 2, Kyle Gay Nov. 1 age 8, Liam Aldrich Nov. 3 age 6. The last but not least we have 2 more grandchildren Breaks who will be 4 March 3, and our youngest grandson Waylon will be 1 July 31.... Boy they are all growing up quickly as time is flying by....
