Barrio began as a stand at the Marin Civic Center farmers market in 2013 before growing into a brick-and-mortar restaurant here at The Barlow. Chef and owner Carlos Rosas, who has cooked at respected Bay Area kitchens including Jardiniere, Kokkari, and Slanted Door, builds the menu around the dishes he grew up with: street tacos, burritos, and classics made fresh each day.
