Monte Xanic produces this beautiful 100% Sauvignon Blanc from estate grown grapes in the Valle de Guadalupe. The grapes are hand harvested from a single - vineyard named " Kristel". The aromatic wine has subtle tropical fruit notes, such guava, starfruit, melon and passion fruit with a zesty citrus finish. On the palate it is smooth,dry,fresh and crisp! Pairs well with oysters, fish, salads, goat cheese or all on its own.
