I know I'm not the only one...flipping the pillow case to get to the "cool" side is a common thing. Today we have added this lovely item that makes it so you don't have to! With an ice pack in it this is a pillow case that will keep you COOL at night. What more is there to say about how valuable that can be? I sure would have liked it when I was pregnant...and I WILL have it if I ever experience hot flashes.

There are a lot of different ways to cool off, and we are getting more things listed as time goes on. Today I wanted to talk about the Cooling Neck and Upper Spine Wrap.
