⬜️🟥🟫 Neapolitan - inspired by the popular ice cream invented in the late 19th century, this Flight original has three layers of flavor; a bottom layer of dark chocolate ganache, a middle layer of strawberry pǎte de fruit (fruit paste), and a top layer of vanilla white chocolate ganache.

The three layers are hand-dipped in Flight’s signature 70% dark chocolate and hand-painted with cocoa butter.

Our favorite pride tradition, the bi-annual bubbles flight has returned and Kevin has released brand new chocolate flavors: Vanilla Cream, Lavender, Neapolitan, and Bubbles!

Glass pours are $3 off all day on Thursdays.

🪻Lavender - Dark chocolate ganache with French lavender and Madagascan vanilla bean steeped in coconut cream.

🍾Bubbles - Sparkling wine reduction in caramelized milk chocolate with fresh vanilla bean, lemon zest, a pinch of white truffle powder, and a touch of Irish butter.

🍓 Neapolitan - Three layers of flavor; dark chocolate ganache, strawberry pǎte de fruit (fruit paste), and vanilla white chocolate ganache, hand dipped in 70% dark chocolate and hand painted with cocoa butter.

🍨Vanilla Cream - Just for Pride month, dark chocolate shell surrounds a white chocolate ganache with Madagascan vanilla, Kiawe honey from Maui, and Irish butter.
