Nordic Annex Nordic Annex is a 14,400 Sf retail building located in the heart of Ballard.

Tenants at Nordic Annex include: Pedego, an electric bike retailer and service provider as well as Portal a virtual reality gaming venue and Sparklebarn specializing in vintage European furniture and local art. Within the Sparkle Barn space is the Barn Owl which is Old Timers Closet that sells vintage clothing curated with highly sought after name brands.

Good Afternoon FTR family! Soon I will be deploying for several months and will be handing off FTR to Vicki Patterson Ryan Oldenburg Christina Harvey to ensure we continue to keep our mission going!

The Nordic annex building welcomes its newest tenant to the lineup: Seattle Edge LLC. This business offers professional knife sharpening as well as sales of specialty knives. It has plans of offering classes in the trade as well once they are up and established at this new location. Welcome Albert! We all wish you the best of success!
