WILL INCLEMENT WEATHER HAPPEN IN SEATTLE?

Secure your spot during the winter storm season before the season starts! Inclement Weather Services (IWS) can be prorated at $50/hr anytime it is NOT inclement weather.

This includes on-call snow clearing, sanding, salting, storm drain clearing, bending limbs over walkways due to snow, etc. IWS includes walkways, streets, and small driveways and does not include gardening. Downed limb clearing or limb felling on a case-by-case basis. IWS is billed per hour, and any unused time paid for IWS can be immediately applied to your next invoice.

If there is inclement weather in the immediate forecast I am unable to prorate. TTR reserves the right to determine rates and what is inclement due to 20+ years of driving and working outdoors in Washington State. Road closures and acts of the Universe stop work sometimes. Any traction or removal product will be provided by the customer. Snow will remain on site. Snow compacts when walked on. It turns to ice quickly, and ice takes more time to remove. I recommend having salt or sand on site beforehand due to supply chain concerns and lack of inventory.

IWS provided AS ABLE at rate of $65/hr to any unscheduled customer during the winter season (if we even have a winter).

Sustainable, regenerative, low maintenance landscapes that are good for the people and the planet. I want to help you grow food and medicine for you and your family.

I offer many varieties of landscapes, including perennial vegetable gardens, medicine gardens, herb gardens, fruit tree guilds, garden beds, raised beds, or a combination of the above. I also mow and install lawns, pavers, gravel, mulch, and much more.

I use electric or manual tools to reduce noise and air pollutions at your home. I don't use pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides so that you and your family can safely use your yard without worrying about toxic chemicals. I use gas-powered equipment when more practical and am happy to help service any equipment you have on site.

Aside from residential and commercial landscape / installation / maintenance / planting, I am also trained in habitat restoration, trail maintenance, edible landscaping, eco-lawn installation, irrigation and low voltage lighting. I also have kept urban chickens for years and would love to get your flock started.

Email or call me to schedule a free consultation, Rates range depending on task, feasibility, and accessibility, between $35-120/hr (from hand-weeding and deadheading to installing cubic yardage with vehicles). Equipment rental not included.

My pricing is often mid-range and am happy to work within your budget. I have no minimum fee for design, co-gardening, installation, or one-time clean-up. For year-round maintenance, my minimum is $120 per month. I have a local network of handypeople and hauling for those larger jobs, or if your building needs a little TLC.
