My grandmother made a lot of bread.
No YouTube tutorials. No kitchen scales No fancy equipment.
That woman stood 4’11”, had a 5’ rolling pin, proofed her dough in a pot half her size wrapped in handmade afghans.
I’m definitely overthinking this!
