Vince's Shoe Shine Parlor A Scranton institution since 1996. Located in a spacious back entryway to Scanlan's Restaurant at 317 Linden Street, Scranton. No appointment necessary.

Vince's Shoe Shine Parlor. Vince Marrone, 76, is the only remaining shoe shiner in the city of Scranton. He has been shining shoes for over 40 years. Decades ago Vince shined shoes in a parlor with 30 chairs along 14 other shoeshiners. Today, he continues to shine shoes to help supplement his income.

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closing of Vince's Shoe Shine Parlor. Since 1996, Vince has been shining shoes for the people of Scranton. We wanted to thank everyone for coming to the parlor throughout the years. Thanks for the memories!
