The Flow of Things is all about navigating life's obstacles—kind of like a river flowing through rocks, rapids, and the occasional giant boulder. You don’t get to the calm part without a little turbulence. But with resilience and adaptability, you find that every twist and turn adds something meaningful to the journey. This painting is a reflection of those ups and downs, and the lessons they bring.

- Medium: Oil & Cold Wax
- Dimensions: 24" x 24" x 1.5”
- Unique Features: Layers of rich color and texture mirror the ebb and flow of life’s challenges, with bold strokes symbolizing both obstacles and the steady movement forward. The depth of the piece invites you to explore its many layers, much like your own journey.
- Ideal For: Anyone who’s embraced life’s challenges with grace, those drawn to work with deep texture and meaning, and anyone in need of a piece that reminds them to keep moving forward, even when the going gets tough.

This piece is unframed but is wired for hanging.

Yesterday felt like summer. Today feels like winter again. 😣

Jolt felt like the perfect name for this little burst of yellow energy. A reminder that a sudden shift can wake everything up.

Blushing 💗

I didn’t plan for this one to feel Valentine-y… but here we are, so I thought she deserved a moment.

She’s soft in some places, bold in others. A little exposed. A little guarded. Honestly ... same.

If you’re into art that feels layered and real and not too precious, this one might be your girl.

Excited to be included in the Berks County Art Alliance member show this Sunday.

It’s my first show since moving to the area, and I’m really looking forward to meeting local artists and getting more connected with the regional art community. If you’re nearby, I’d love to see you there!

I’m counting down the days until my Arches oil paper sheets, Gamblin paints, and RF drawing oils arrive. (Patience is not a strong suit of mine ...) Diving into a new painting feels like the perfect way to start this year with renewed energy and big dreams!

In the meantime, enjoy these few snippets from my last large sheet painting.

Hello lovely souls! 🌟

'Solstice,' . . . my way of capturing the radiant energy we can all harness from nature. Each layer represents a moment of connection with the universe. (At least to me, that's how I see it.)

I hope it inspires you to find your own light! What do you feel when you look at it?

THE BURN BENEATH is headed to its new home in North Carolina 🤍

So grateful for new collectors and for this piece finding the right place. Every painting carries the energy, time, and heart poured into it, and I love knowing that creative spark gets to live on somewhere new.

And we have a winner!!

Palette #20 takes it by a single vote over #82. That was close! Thank you so much to everyone who weighed in. I loved seeing all your picks and opinions.

This palette is actually a really old one from when I first started painting. I think these are the colors I used back then, but I can’t be 100% sure. Either way, they’re going to look a little different going down since the paintings already have a few layers and colors happening underneath.

So we’ll see how this goes 😅

Question for you: should I try this palette starting on a white background instead?

Comment below and let me know.

(Colors in palette: Titanium White, Ivory Black, Inda Yellow, Ash Blue, Dioxazine Purple, & Cadmium Red Deep)
