Created a custom hockey puck display case. This was commissioned by my brother for my niece for her birthday. The game used sticks are from Arizona Coyotes players, that he was able to acquire. It turned out terrific.

Project complete. After all said and done, 4 shelves and a credenza top.

The long journey of my first large barn door has finally reached its destination at my parents house. This door was crafted out of knotty alder, with an American Walnut stain, and finished with Mohawk vinyl sealer and topcoat.

I have to give a huge shoutout to a great mentor, Matt Vredenburg, for his time time, education and use of some of his equipment. They don’t come around often, so I know that I am blessed to have him mentoring me. I have learned so many things from him that I never even considered.

The installation of the door was professionally installed by Alex Santoro of Santoro Handyman Services.
