Very Busy with orders is good for us but has put production time out to 3 weeks (sorry). When you order from a small company that pays attention to detail and will not compromise on quality... that's what happens. Please be patient and know what you get will be the best "Made in USA Product ever"

Happy St. Patty's Day !!
Just a reminder to all you RV'ers who are pulling out the unit from storage... Order that custom bedding now before we get really busy. We always have the folks that order and say... "I need it by the weekend". Sorry, that is not possible because we have to make it first. Be prepared Our current lead time for orders is two weeks.

Quality Improvements on the way July 1, 2015:
We continue to strive for the very best product and have listened to our customers comments on purchases of custom bedding.
We are making our elastic even stronger on all fitted bottom sheets and mattress pads. Going from 1/2" to 3/4" woven elastic on sheets and from 1/4" to 1/2" elastic on all mattress pads. This will provide an even snugger fit and reduce the possibility of sheets "riding up". Stay tuned for even more improvements !!

How do Adjustable Bed Sheets differ from regular bedding?
Answer: Adjustable Bed Sheets are usually extra long due to the fact that when you adjust the bed at the head and foot it actually "shortens" the bed. Dual Queen bedding is hard to find because it requires 2 - 30" x 80" fitted bottom sheets which most big box stores don't stock. Dual King requires 2 - 39" x 80" fitted bottoms.
One very important measurement is the depth (thickness) of the mattress. We usually add more depth for adjustable beds to compensate for the up and down movement. Feel free to call us if you have any questions....I am more than happy to assist ! 866-988-2333

I'm often asked....... "How do we order bedding for our Boat, Yacht, Cabin Cruiser etc...."
We have been doing a "boat-load" (excuse the pun) of V-Berth and boat bedding lately. The process usually starts with a call to us and a basic description of fabric and options. That seems to work best since the website is a bit vague. Then we ask that a drawing of some sort with measurements be sent. Once we receive that, I can usually figure out if we need a traced template or if we can work off the drawing. We only get one shot at this so there is usually some back and forth emails or calls to make sure the dimensions are correct. The customer decides if they require a mattress cover/protector and the fabric for the sheets....and away we go. Once we have the template we can do Comforters, Pads, Sheets or anything really.
