Hey Planeteers! It’s your local friendly LGS event runner here to tell you about upcoming changes to our weekly schedule involving Commander.

Starting the week AFTER Marvel Super Heroes prerelease (June 26th), Commander will now be hosted at Tenth Planet both Fridays AND Saturdays! Starting at 6 pm on both days, you can enter into our official WPN Commander Nights by spending $5 on packs, singles, drinks, snacks etc to support the play space we’ve cultivated over the years. This will secure you a seat from 6 pm-11 pm that night. Think of it like a $5 entry that converts into a $5 credit you can spend that night by entering into our Commander Nights at the counter.

These Commander nights will also be WPN official events, so we got A LOT of promos we want to give out each and every single night.

FNM, meanwhile, is also not going away either! We will continue to run the current RCQ format + Legacy every Friday. More details to come soon!

To make things perfectly transparent, these details regarding Commander Nights and FNM have NOT been finalized. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding this change.

We appreciate all your support of our play space over the years as we begin a new chapter we are excited to share with you.

Hey Planeteers, after some technical issues last season (with countless emails back and forth with Star City), THE FIRST OF TWO RCQS AT 10TH is coming soon! This event is taking place May 23rd and starts at 11 am. The format is Modern. It will be 3-6 rounds depending on attendance, with a top 8 starting at 17 players. It is a $30 entry with an increased prize pool, with promo cards (Entry: Ancient Stirrings Top 8: Sowing Mycosynth 1st: Foil Sowing Mycosnyth) and of course, 1st place gets an invitation to a future Magic: The Gathering Regional Championship!

THIS EVENT IS COMPETITIVE REL, THEREFORE WE WILL NEED YOUR DECKLISTS. You can submit your decklists 3 different ways, in-person (please have it written out and ready by 11 am if day of the tournament), messaged to us on Facebook, or messaged to us on Discord.

Starting Friday, May 8th, preregisters will be open! You can go to the store to sign up and pay the entry fee, or you can sign up over the phone (219-322-2902, please note that a additional $3 fee needs to be applied to an over the phone purchase). Please wait until May 8th to officially preregister, we will not be accepting any preregistrations prior to that.

We will be doing 2 prerelease events for this set (and sets moving forward).
$36 entry, 3 rounds of Sealed with door prizes!
Friday, April 17th- 7 pm
Saturday, April 18th - 7 pm
FIRST DRAFT - Thursday, April 23rd - 6 pm
A reminder that at Tenth Planet and every other LGS (but not Amazon or Walmart!) the set will be FULLY RELEASED, meaning EVERYTHING from the set is available for sale. This includes boxes, individual packs, commander decks and bundles will be available for purchase starting that weekend!

Preregister starts on Friday, April 10th ($3 additional if over the phone)
