Since then, brothers Brian and Stuart Ziehm, have grown their family’s dairy farm to 1,100 cows that produce high quality milk for Cabot Creamery. Working as a family is extra special with the third, fourth and fifth generations all working together. In addition to the dairy and to keep life interesting, the Ziehms also raise beef, pigs, some chickens, over 75 varieties of pumpkins and a handful o

f kids. These items and more are all shared at the farm's new store which is housed in an 1800's German barn on the farm's property. In addition to local farm products, the store offers antiques, seasonal items and offers event space.

Soon we will be picking pumpkins.

Our pumpkin crop looks abundant this year and nearly ready to pick! With 109 different varieties of pumpkins, gourds and squash, we will have an array of colors, sizes and textures for you to choose from. So stay tuned on what we believe will be a great pumpkin season for us!

But first, the county fair. Please note: we close the store for the week of the county fair, Aug. 23-31. So that means you only have 5 more days to shop until we take a short break. (If you call spending a week at the county fair with kids and cows a break...ha!)

Join us for Worship Night tonight!
All are welcome ...we just ask that you bring a chair. Doors open at 5:30 to find a spot and grab some dinner from the kitchen (in which Kelly is making homemade biscuits for chicken and biscuits tonight as a special!). Other sandwich and salad options as well.

At 7pm our friends at will lead worship in song! Come enjoy the music, sing along or simply worship together in a night of fellowship and community giving praise to our Lord and Savior.

It is one of the most enjoyable events we host, as well as most heavily attended. And it is the lasr one of the season! So don't miss out!

Worship Night is this Wednesday, August 12!

So pleased to welcome you all to join us on Wednesday 6-8pm for Worship Night. Doors open at 5:30 for dinner, which our regular menu will be served, along with specials: homemade chicken and biscuits, Kelly's baked mac-n-cheese, and a delicious artichoke dip.

At 7pm, The Church at Newtown Road will lead us in praise songs and worship. It will be a beautiful evening of faith and fellowship!
All tips and collections will go towards Newtown's Soul Shop project that works to prevent su***de in our communities.

Bring a chair, come early and bring your friends as this is the last Worship Night of the season here at Tiashoke!

Good eats!

Have you been in lately for lunch?
Kelly cooks up the best comfort foods but somehow takes them to the next level! Using local ingredients when possible, like our own smoked ham and Cabot cheeses, creates scratch dressings like her wildly popular maple mustard aoili, and everything made fresh and to order.

Where else can you grab a delicious lunch, take in beautiful views of the countryside, all while stocking up on locally raised proteins and finding a unique antique to add to your home.

Don't forget we make donuts today! Both apple cider and maple bacon donuts are now available every weekend.

OK, seriously...what's up with the squishy obsession?

We have the big butter squishies.
We have gel filled farm animals.
We have donut squishies.
We have fuzzy highland cow squishies.
We have slime filled pumpkin squishies.

And people are grabbing them as fast as we are getting them in. When ordering the first case, I felt as though I was a little out of my lane, but since we picked out squishies with the farm and food theme, I could justify it. But to be honest, I'm just a little taken aback at just how popular they are. Kids are giddy...including my own 13 year old.

If you want to put a smile on a child (or teenager) in your life, stop in and check out the collection we have! We just got more in.

Tonight is a great night to sit outside and take in the sights, sounds and tastes of Washington County.

Our Friday on 40 Market Festival is tonight from 5-8pm. Bring your friends and relax country style with good food, live music, cold drinks and your neighbors. And we will have some of our neighbors on hand selling their creations as market vendors.

Plus tonight, we welcome a car cruise! Bring your old car and get a free bar of Cabot cheese!

Twice the fun this Friday, August 7:
We are hosting a Car Cruise at the same time as our Friday on 40 Market Festival Series 5-8pm

In addition to live music by Alex Riddell, cocktails poured by The Pour Wagon, LLC, meals served out of our kitchen and a handful of local vendors selling their wares - we will also welcome vintage cars and trucks.

The car cruise will take place in the upper parking lot and anyone bringing a vehicle older than 1990 will receive a free block of Cabot cheese! Take your classic car for a cruise to Tiashoke this Friday!
