Evening all,
I wanted to share this with you all. I have a good buddy making all kinds of goodies with paracord. This happens to be a single/dual point sling he made for my AR. I had one I bought, but couldn't stand it. It would choke me out, bounce up and down while moving, and was very difficult to do a transition from rifle to side arm and back again. Not with this one! Very comfortable and does what it's supposed to. I chose a black main color with OD green piping, but he has many color options. He's making about anything: lanyards, rifle/shotgun slings, dog collars, etc. Probably if you can think of it, he can make it. I am really satisfied with my sling. If anyone has been looking at custom what nots, give me a holler and let me get you hooked up with him.
Stay safe all,
Leo

Hey everybody, got a new AR build to show off. First, the suppressor is a fake, but looks really cool! There the legal disclaimer is done. DPMS carbine upper, 16" barrel, chambered in 5.56. Hogue overmolded telescoping rear stock and Magpul MBUS front and rear sights. Anderson lower and lower parts kit. The finish is Burnt Orange from Duracoat. It's a really cool color. Looks bronze or copper, but pops a really cool orange hue in the sun. And, the fake suppressor from Spike's Tactical. Serves no purpose but to look like a menacing operator's firearm. I believe the new owner is going to have some fun with this one. Thanks and enjoy it!!

Hi all,
Just had to share this one tonight. Got a new customer looking for the perfect long range rifle and we settled on getting him a R***r Precision chambered in .308. In the words of the CEO, aka Amy, well that's just a piece of machinery there. And, boy, is she right. I have always wanted to get a hold of one these, and "precision" was the perfect name for this rifle. Very well balanced and the fit and finish is of a quality that puts it in that high-end quality rating. R***r has done an excellent job of putting together a package for this rifle. It includes a keymod mounting rail section, along with 2 Magpul P-Mag 10 round magazines with dust covers. I added a Harris-clone tactical bipod, and topped it with a Konus Pro 4-16x52mm scope. Can't wait to take him up on his invitation to get behind the stock of this one. Enjoy!!

Evening everybody,
We at H3 would like to say thank you to those who have served and to those who are currently serving. Happy Veterans Day to you all!!
One can only imagine what these folks have gone through or are going through. Take a minute and just think about what they do. The countless hours of grueling training, the sacrifices, and the things experienced that would shake many to their core. Think about their fears, the unknowing, waking up of a morning and wondering if you will wake up the next. These are truly extraordinary individuals. Male, female, all races, all religions working together to uphold an oath they all took to serve who? Each and everyone one of us here at home. They serve with pride and want for nothing. They serve their Branch, the brother or sister on their left and right, this great nation, it's people, and our God. Ask any one of them about what they do, and you'll probably get a shrug, an ornery grin, and a "just doin' my job" comment.
There's a video floating around out there about a unit of troops coming into an airport, and those in the airport stand and applaud. What struck me the most was a shot of a mother holding a young child as the troops walked by. Our youth need to know the history of our military forces and what they do for us. Do what you can to educate those that don't know. Help them learn the respect that is deserved of these troops. Let those know that it's ok to look up to our fighting forces. When you have the opportunity, a simple handshake or "thank you for your service" will go a long ways to let them all know we appreciate them.
May God bless them all.

Next item is a gal's new revolver. Just had to show this one off. We have a Charter Arms Chic Lady chambered in .38spl. It comes packaged in an attractive case for the ladies, mated with that pink alloy frame, high polished barrel and cylinder and the rubber grips it a pleasure to shoot. The alloy frame offers a light weight without giving up strength as it is +P rated. By the look in her eyes, I believe she was tickled with her purchase.

Evening all,
I'd like to share a couple things tonight.
First, is new products from Duracoat. They now offer spray on bluing. Two shades of blue and two shades of black. This finish does an excellent job of replicating the look of conventional bluing with the Duracoat's performance for corrosion resistance. An excellent choice for that firearm that you want to look good, but may take the abuse or be in an environment where moisture is a problem. The example is a Chinese SKS. Your typical SKS, but the finish was shot. I screwed up and didn't take a before picture. This rifle rides in a tractor or sets propped up on a workbench in the shed. I even think a rodent or two decided the barrel would be a nice place for a restroom. You can imagine what it looked like. I choice the high gloss deep black finish as the rifle will probably end up in those same places. Turned out pretty nice.

Evening all,
I wanted to share this R***r LC9S in this really cool purple frame. A new customer knew what she wanted and got a pretty cool pistol. I hope the picture does the color justice, because it's an awesome shade of purple. Thanks again for the business and enjoy your new toy!

Evening all,
Wanted to share the latest AR build. New customer, great guy, and is getting a great rifle. He wanted it Duracoated in Desert DPM Tan, and that was a great choice. Just a real classic, clean looking rifle. Starts with an Anderson lower, and parts kit. A3 DPMS upper and 1:9 lite contour barrel. Magpul MBUS front and rear flip sights and Spitfire 3x optic. Again, just a real nice rifle that looks like it's ready for duty. And, it is ready for duty.
Thanks again to a new friend of H3.

15 years ago we bought that flag and put it out on that pole. 15 years later it is still able to fly in all it's glory. Perhaps a little older, maybe a little faded, and worn around the edges. But, it's still here, just as we as a nation are still here. Many aren't here anymore as a result of that day and may their memory and sacrifice never be forgotten. Let the world take notice that We The People of the United States of America are still here and we have no intention of going anywhere!
May God bless us all, and may God bless the USA.

Okay, second project:
Zombies' beware!!
This was a fun AR build. As I sat with my customer discussing how he wanted this build to go, he asked if we could Duracoat some of the parts. No problem, a color scheme is always refreshing on an AR build. I asked what color he was thinking and he proudly answered back " Zombie Green". Now, I was thinking to myself, "ok, it's your money, whatever you want." So, I get all the parts in and commence to painting his "vision". Once I got the various parts painted and they were hanging to dry, I stepped back and started see how this was going to look all put together. I couldn't help but mutter to myself, "this kid is a genius". What I thought was going to be an, ok, it's your rifle project, turned into probably one of the coolest looking builds I've done. Lot's of nice extras on this one and all you Zombies' better watch out, you're gonna get touched up by this rifle.
Stay safe all and take care,
Leo
