I started off wanting to make a few dresses for my daughter. I decided it was time to share some of the creations for others to enjoy as well. Some items use licensed fabrics. I do not work for these companies. I am simply making handmade items from the fabric for mainly personal use. None are mass distributed nor do I sell just the fabric. Custom items are not eligible for return. I aim to take pictures of each item and message you before receiving the go ahead to mail to you. All items are checked by a third party to ensure quality. If any items are damaged upon arrival, I must be notified within 48 hours of receipt (date based on postal service tracking confirmed delivery) with picture. Damages made by customer are not warrant for refund. Items are made based on your size and/or measurements given. If for any reason the item does not fit, small adjustments may be possible depending on item. Adding a half inch or so is a possibility but going from a size 4 to size 6, for example, would require a new purchase. Any return postage is the responsibility of customer for approved adjustments. I try my best to accommodate all custom requests and dates. I cannot guarantee delivery by an exact date although I strive to do my best. If you have a need by date, please let me know. I am easy to work with and understand things come up out of the blue. And kids sometimes wait until close to date to pass you notes or tell you of events. I strive my best to meet all need by dates. I can usually adjust my sewing schedule to accommodate everyone's needs. I work most days of the week to speed up process and make sure everyone gets items in a quickly manner. Please understand I am a stay at home mom doing this on my own. Sometimes life happens inbetween. If there is ever any delay on items I will notify ahead of time. My husband is very supportive of my business and works hand in hand to support and help me as needed. I do not work Thanksgiving or Easter weekends and take a week off for Christmas vacation to spend with my family and undivided attention to my kids. Please plan accordingly when ordering. I aim to get on facebook at least once a day during time off to answer any questions, respond to messages, and set up orders. I just try to put my sewing machine away for those few days to cherish time with my children. Please understand.
