Not all LVP is created equal — and here's a detail most people overlook.

When shopping for luxury vinyl plank, pay close attention to the edge profile. A beveled edge creates a subtle groove between each plank — mimicking the natural separation you'd see in real hardwood. The result? A floor that looks and feels genuinely authentic.

A flat edge gives you a smoother, more seamless surface — which can look great in modern spaces but loses some of that realistic wood character.

If you're going for that true hardwood look, go beveled. Every time.
