Beta-Caryophyllene is kind of like a spicy little superhero. It smells like black pepper or cinnamon. It can help your body feel better, like a warm hug for sore spots. And it’s the only terpene that can act like CBD, helping you relax and feel less ouchy. So, if you ever smell something a little peppery in a plant, it might have Caryophyllene inside, doing its magic!
