Being a busy working mom at 39 means I have to be really intentional about how I support my body — physically, mentally, and hormonally.
These are 5 things that keep me strong and sane in this season of life:
Strength training — but listening to my body. Some days I lift heavier, other days I prioritize lighter weights, mobility, and movement that supports my energy instead of draining it.
Red light therapy before bed. This has been one of my favorite ways to calm inflammation, support recovery, and help my body wind down at night.
Vitamin D3 + K2 — always testing my levels first. Women’s levels tend to dip more during winter months due to lower sun exposure, which can impact mood, immunity, and hormone health.
Alice Magnesium Chocolates- A simple and enjoyable way to support magnesium intake — something many women are low in, especially when stress, poor sleep, or hormone shifts are involved.
Cortisol Manager — a supplement I lean on during high-stress seasons to help regulate cortisol levels, especially when sleep feels disrupted or my nervous system feels overstimulated.
These supportive tools make a noticeable difference in how I feel day to day — in my strength, mood, and resilience. (You can also test this regularly)
Everything I use is linked in my shop under Wellness Tools + Medicine Cabinet.
