It's officially Winter in the North Country. And you know what that means. Winter Cycling! Stop in at the shop to see our selection of Winter Cycling Gear. We have what you need to keep riding all Winter long, whether on the Adirondack Rail Trail, groomed BETA trails, or just plain Commuting.

Just a reminder that here in the Adirondacks, Winter Is Never Far Away.
With snow forecast all next week, we may see enough coverage for Kick Sledding.
Kick Sleds require much less snow than XC Skis do.
Kick Sleds are perfect for traversing the Adirondack Rail Trail, just two blocks from our door.
It's easy. Just Kick and Glide!
Kick Sled Rentals are available from Silver Birch Cycles.
We will keep you updated on Kick Sled conditions as they progress.

Hey friends, just a quick update as we roll into the colder months, we’ll be shifting to our winter hours.

Starting next week, the shop will be open Tuesday through Saturday and closed Sundays and Mondays.

We’ll still be here during the week for bike repairs, winter gear rentals, and all the usual shop talk, just taking a little extra time at the start of the week to recharge (and maybe get out for a snowy ride or two).

Thanks for all the support and good energy you’ve shared this past year — it means a lot. See you Tuesday through Saturday at the shop!

Winter's Never Far Away In The Adirondacks and this weekend has shaped up to be the best yet!
Why not rent one of our Fat Bikes or Kick Sleds and cruise The Adirondack Rail Trail?
John has been Kick Sledding the past week and our friends and customers report great Fat Bike Conditions.
When the Ice gets thicker for safe Skating we also have Nordic Skates for rent.
