🪵⚪ Sticks & Marbles ⚪🪵

One of the ways we further refine live sift is what we call Sticks & Marbles.

Let’s say we’ve already collected a 150µm fraction. We can reload that sift back into The Original Resinator and run it through a smaller screen, such as a 50µm. By utilizing a cryogenic freezing agent, we’re able to further separate stalks, tails, and contaminates from the resin heads without the need for water, static, or vibratory separators.

This is how we fraction and refine live sift after it has been stabilized.

The cryogenic environment keeps the sift free flowing and prevents it from greasing up, coagulating, or naturally forming temple balls during processing. Of course, if temple balls are your goal, simply skip the cryo and head in that direction instead. 😎

Sugarleaf in, heads out. Not full flower, 🚫 water 💦 , 🚫 static ⚡️, and little to no human contact. Just cryogenic gas doing what it does, freezing the live biomass and allowing for clean separation. 💯

From there it goes straight into our HiLyph Edition freeze dryer to lock everything in. Cold chain in, live dried sift out.❄️

It’s like Frenchy bottle tech… just without the mess, the labor, or technical skills. Just grease. 🛢️

Most freeze dryers weren’t built for cannabis.

This flower was harvested in 2022, fresh frozen straight from the field, and stored deep for 3 years. In 2025, we pulled it from the freezer and ran it through our full Crop-to-Cure® process. Powered by Cryo-Trim® and lyophilization.
