TBD Liquids is a newer juice company that I started only a few months ago on reddit's ecig classifieds section. After realizing how many liked the juice I made, I decided to quit my job and do this full time. I rented a small office in santa rosa, ca to put together a clean mixing room so that I could create a top quality product at an affordable price. There are a few things I wanted to do differ
ently with TBD Liquids. One, I wanted to stay away from any flavorings that contained Diacetyl. Two, I wanted to shy away from flavorings with food colorings wherever I could (most juices are clear). Three, I wanted to implement a made-to-order mixing process that would fast-forward the steeping process. I didn't want to send out juice and have customer's have to wait weeks for the juice to be ready. Rather than mix in bulk and break down juice, every bottle is made to order and hand shaken. This greatly increases the time I spend on every bottle, but I feel its worth the amount of time I put into it. I use only the best quality ingredients in my e-juice, despite the affordable price tag. I use some of the cleanest UK Sourced Ni****ne available which carries with it a heftier price tag than one from a cheaper ni****ne supplier {peppery / harsh). I don't want the ni****ne to interfere with flavor in any way. All VG/PG comes from a domestic supplier, we don't just use any VG/PG available at say Walmart. We make sure all flavorings are completely free of Diacetyl and have each of our juices tested prior to selling. We have the lab results on our website on each juice's page so that you can know exactly what is in each flavor. Before any juice is released on the website, it goes through weeks/months of in-house testing, local testing, and online testing (50 or so personal online testers). I won't release a flavor that isn't at least v**eable for everyone. I personally hated ordering 5-6 flavors from a new vendor and only finding one I could somewhat enjoy. My goal is to make sure if you put in an order with me, you should be able to at least somewhat enjoy all of the juices. Taste is highly subjective so this has proven challenging, but I think it is what has also made me very well received thus far. I don't believe that quality juice should be over $15.00/30ml, and that is my limit when it comes to providing juice. Currently I price juice at $11.99/30ml and plan to stay there as long as possible. Some local B&M's overcharge for my juice, but that is why I put my website on my logo on the bottle so that anyone can receive the juice at a fair price. I'm not here to make a fortune. This is something I love doing, and as long as it pays the bills and puts smiles on v**er's faces, that is all I'm looking to gain from this. If there is ever an issue, even one that isn't my fault. Say USPS lost the package etc. I always go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. The only form of advertising I use is word-of-mouth, and I try to give every customer the best experience possible when purchasing TBD Liquids. I work with customers one on one on a daily basis to ensure their needs are met. I really put my all into having a good relationship with customers. I am planning to offer 15ml bottle sizes soon, and I currently offer 4oz/8oz bulk orders via email/phone directly. I also accept wholesale orders. My turnaround time is around 2-3 business days, I strive to make sure that customer's don't have to wait weeks for their juice. On the plus side, the fact that the juice requires little to no steeping also shortens the amount of time it takes to be able to v**e and enjoy the juice. If you ever have any questions or comments, feel free to contact me directly via phone, email, or even on reddit. John Fitch
