⏲ Don't over-steep to avoid making your tea bitter
🌡️ Water temperature can make a difference depending on the type of tea
🧊 Brew your tea stronger (with less water) if you want to put it over ice
🌿 Re-steep your leaves up to 3 times to make several servings
