Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Floral Designer/CSR to join our team. This position is responsible for creating high-quality floral arrangements, assisting customers with floral selections, and supporting daily shop operations. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering beautiful products and excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous floral shop experience.
Strong creativity and design skills with an eye for color, texture, and composition.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
Knowledge of flower varieties and floral care preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, including lifting items to overhead shelving.
Ability to perform physical tasks related to floral preparation and shop operations.
Working Conditions:
Work takes place in a floral shop environment and may include exposure to water, temperature changes, floral scents, commercial farm treatments, and plant materials. Schedule flexibility is required, including weekends and holidays during peak holiday seasons.
