Lazy Day Leather

Lazy Day Leather Lazy Day Leather, hand-made belts, and more. In California
and later, Texas. 1972-1982. It was good while it lasted.

A company that grew up in the California craft movement of the 1970's -- based on a philosophy that we could make things ourselves -- products, companies, ways of doing business. The company prospered, and then fell under the weight of changing styles (polyester!), rising leather prices, back-to-back recessions, and rising interest costs.
