For those who have been experiencing lost packages, unauthorized forwarding, damaged packages, etc… please accept our apologies. Since SCOTUS gave USPS total immunity, even under malicious intent in United States Postal Service v. Konan (decided on February 24, 2026) (No. 24-351) - their service has declined significantly. If this continues, we may have no other choice but to use the services of UPS, which is a bit more expensive but at least service will be better.
