Here's a Quick Overview of the New Enhancements!:

First, our new scheduling feature makes it much easier to get a call back and gives members the ability to provide their best contact methods. This helps to minimize any potential phone tag that was previously a pain point for our members and lawyers.

Second, the new enhancements allow members to give more information up front in order to match them to the right lawyer without having them speak to a Customer Service Representative (CSR). Members can upload photos and files to explain their legal matter directly from their app. Upon submission, a confirmation page is provided for their legal intake. (Please Note: members will still have the ability to speak with a CSR if they desire).

Third, members can now quickly discover and review the benefits of their plans - written in simple terms - and will no longer need to scour their contract to understand their plan benefits

“I received a letter from my HOA stating I had weeds in my yard. I called them and said they had the wrong house. They told me they saw the weeds and if I didn't pay the $25 fine, they’d file a lien against my property! So, I called my Provider Law Firm - they asked me to send the letter from the HOA to them. The next day, my law firm sent a letter to my HOA (with all 60 names of their lawyers on the letterhead). It stated, ‘Mr. Smith is disputing this claim. If you cannot provide photographs of these weeds, or the names, addresses and phone numbers of the witnesses who saw these weeds, you are to cease and desist immediately and zero the balance of Mr. Smith's account!’ That $25 problem went away without any more of my time spent. Let's face it, I wouldn’t hire an attorney for a $25 problem, and my HOA knew that ... they also knew I wouldn't let $25 ruin my credit — I’d have just paid the $25 I didn’t owe and had anger issues about it with regard to our HOA moving forward. But justice prevailed with nothing out of pocket beyond my low monthly fee that I pay anyway for protection, security and peace of mind.”

Today here in the USA we celebrate Memorial Day.

It’s usually a day off work filled with BBQs, beer and fun. However, consider it’s not just a day off to bring in the summer fun.

By all means, enjoy the day. But, consider taking a moment to pay respect to the fallen heroes who gave it all.
