At that time, we only had 800 square feet. We have now grown to our current building with 4,000 square feet. We are proud to say we were the first consignment shop in Sand Springs and even more proud to say we still offer affordable prices and the best customer service! Second Chance is still managed by its original founders, Betty Smith and daughter, Sandy Smith Duck. If you enjoy your shopping e
xperience with us, let us know and tell a friend! How Does Consignment Work? We have a 90 day consignment. There is a 50/50 split when an item sells during its first 60 days. We ask that consignors only bring in 15 items per day, clean, pressed, and on hangers. We accept items that have been purchased new in the past 2-3 years. When bringing items in, check to see if:
-Items have been freshly laundered and pressed.
-Items do not have stains, holes, or missing buttons.
-Items are free of odors (smoke, moth balls, etc.)
-Items are in Season. Please call us if you have questions about which season we are accepting.
-We pay our consignors everyday except Sunday
-Any money on your account over $20.00 will be issued in a check, anything under $20.00 will be given as cash, and you can always use it towards in store purchases.
- $1.00 pressing fee per item that is wrinkled
NO clothing will be accepted after 6 pm on Thursday & 3 pm on Saturday. Thank you for your patronage! Sandy, Betty & Our Great Staff
