For Lunar New Year, we’ll be introducing our 2nd NEW Drink of 2024: Mango Coconut Sticky Rice.

Mango Sticky Rice is a popular Southeast Asian dessert made with glutinous rice, fresh mango, and a coconut milk dressing.

Our drink contains sticky rice, Organic Mango purée, Organic Coconut Milk, a house-made Coconut Foam, and caramelized coconut flakes.

We slowly launched our Hojicha Latte at all of our popup locations this week. Available now at all Cal Poly, Farmers Market, and SLO PM locations.

Hojicha provides a rich, roasted, almost nutty flavor profile with back notes of cocoa. Hojicha is essentially a Japanese roasted Matcha. We describe Hojicha to our customers as one of the closest alternatives to coffee.

We’ve tried different blends of Organic Hojicha powder.
We found some hojicha powders out there can leave a slightly grainy mouthfeel, which usually indicated a 10-15 micron grain size. The thing that stood out most in our specific Hojicha was the 5 micron grain size (finer than baby powder). The highest grade ceremonial matcha for example, should have a grain size no smaller than 5 microns. This was the smoothest Hojicha we’ve tried, and we hope you think so too.

First drink drop of 2024. Hojicha Latte w/ a Salted Crema Foam.

We’re proud to be one of the first shops in SLO to introduce a Hojicha Latte. A rich, roasted, almost nutty flavor profile with back notes of cocoa. One of the closest alternatives to coffee.

Our Organic Hojicha is essentially a Japanese roasted Matcha. Like matcha, Hojicha is a form of green tea powder made from mature tea leaves that are roasted before being stone-ground into powder.

We are doing BOGO 50% OFF on all Hojicha Lattes all day on Saturday, January 20th. Come bring a friend to share!
