For the bicycle-obsessed (like me) among you, may I direct your attention to The Paceline Podcast. One week you might get a Tour de France preview. The next you might get a deep dive on frame materials or some ways to understand if your bike fits as well as it could. The conversation is far-ranging, and in my opinion, well worth a listen. Patrick and John (who is a friend of mine) pull off that magical trick of knowing more than the average listener, but never condescending or making you feel like you're doing it wrong.
This week John examines Tadej Pogacar's win at the World Championship Road Race last weekend and tries not to ask the question any knowledgeable cyclist ends up asking. Patrick considers bike lights and how your speed and when you're riding influence just how bright a light you need.
