🔥 How I light up my Mack Drum Smokers from South Texas Outdoor Kitchens ! 🔥

Everybody has their own way of firing up a drum—this is how I do mine! 💨

I start with a basket of lump charcoal and add a few chunks of post oak 🪵 for that good Texas smoke.

Next, I fill up a chimney starter Sanchez Fabricators with Kingsford charcoal and get it going. Once those coals are nice and hot 🔥, I dump them right into the basket.

From there, we let the Mack come up to temp, get that clean smoke rolling, and we’re ready to COOK! 💨🥩🔥

Simple setup. Great flavor. BRUTO!
