We've expanded our Summer Market layout and are now opening additional food vendor spaces both inside and outside the venue.

This is our largest venue of the season and we're creating a curated experience featuring food, shopping, wellness, fashion, family friendly fun, and community connection.

Food vendors will benefit from:

✨ Live DJ entertainment
✨ A highly promoted Oakland community event

What a beautiful day of community, connection, and local business support.

A heartfelt thank you to every vendor who joined us for the Pawesome Market and shared your products, services, passion, and energy with Oakland. Your commitment to showing up for your business, your dreams, and our community is what makes these events so special.

We are grateful to our pet focused brands, wellness businesses, local makers, service providers, and small business owners who helped create a welcoming experience for families, pet lovers, and shoppers throughout the day.

At Workin Chix Events, we believe markets should do more than bring people together ~ they should create real opportunities for the businesses showing up. It's that simple.

We’re excited to officially welcome the AT&T Retail Team back to our upcoming Pawsome Market this Saturday in Oakland. Be sure to stop by their booth and ask about their latest specials, mobile phone offers, internet packages, TV bundles, and exclusive deals available during the event. It's Spring season and we're already clearing out clutter, refining structures, improving our plans and following through with the years intentions. Great time to consider how we're using daily services like internet, TV, etc.

One thing about us: we genuinely want our vendors to win.

We want every business that joins our events to leave with:

Bay Area food vendors ~ this is your opportunity to be seen this Summer season.

Workin Chix Events is now officially booking a limited number of featured food vendor placements for our upcoming Summer Market on Saturday, June 27th at the Valdez Event Center in Oakland.

We are specifically seeking 4–5 strong food vendors ready to be positioned at the front of the venue in high-visibility 10x10 spaces where guests will see your brand both entering and exiting the event.

This is more than a pop-up shop. This is a professionally curated summer market experience featuring:
• Live DJ entertainment
• Professional photography + videography
• Community-centered shopping experience
• Family-friendly atmosphere
• Fashion, wellness, handmade brands, pet finds, accessories, spiritual vendors, food + drinks, and more

This event is designed to bring strong visibility to participating businesses while creating an elevated market experience for Oakland shoppers and families.

Outside food vendors must provide their own generator if power is needed and are encouraged to bring branded canopy tents for a polished presentation.

We are also accepting select family-friendly vendors across wellness, fashion, accessories, handmade goods, children’s boutiques, spiritual brands, and more.

Featured spaces are now being filled.

We’re excited to welcome two more vendors to our Vintage & Handmade Market lineup this year.

Kimberly Johnson Co. is bringing beautifully crafted Bay Area inspired candles with scent stories that feel personal, elevated, and rooted in California.

And Calichinchin will be joining us with fine handmade jewelry that adds even more beauty and detail to this year’s curated selection.

This market is becoming a true favorite for a reason.
