We are a full service residential and commercial sign making and sign installing company with proven quality and reliability for the majority of real estate agents in the San Francisco Bay Area. Join our team of responsible, independent route drivers installing real estate signs throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. The route driver / installer position works Tuesday through Saturday. NO route driver / installer experience necessary. All training and tools are provided.

Opticom Sign Post Services is one of the largest real estate sign posting companies in Northern California since 2000. We are a full service residential and commercial sign making and sign installing company with proven quality and reliability for the majority of real estate agents in the San Francisco Bay Area. Join our team of responsible, independent route drivers installing real estate signs throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

NO route driver / installer experience necessary. The route driver /installer job starts at $16.00-17.00 per hour DOE with room to grow, learn and earn more beyond the initial 90 day probationary period. The route driver / installer position works Tuesday through Saturday. All training and tools are provided. If you are interested in full-time work as a route driver / installer the shift starts at 6:30am to 3:00pm or longer depending on the day's route. Must be reliable and dependable, with a Clean DMV record. No moving violations or at fault accidents within the last 5 years to qualify

Must read, write and understand English and you must be at least 23 years of age to satisfy commercial auto insurance policy.

Basic job duties include the following:

Completing predetermined routes following trained procedures
Install various types of sign posts with ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Use company smart phone to close out work orders
Keep truck cab and truck bed clean and organized
Responsible for company tools and products used to complete your route
Punch in for scheduled work hours on time without fail
Possess consistent attention to detail
Appear in a clean professional manner with your own work attire and work boots
Work in all weather conditions
Flexible to work extra hours when needed

Happy New Year!
Opticom is excited for this new year to get going. COVID-19 remains with us all and particularly in Santa Clara county where our business is located. We are providing service but have been notified that a few of our employees have been in contact with the someone that is infected with COVID. In the interest of health and safety and following the county guidelines, we are temporarily limited to the amount of orders we can accomplish each day with our remaining healthy workers.

We will take as many orders as humanly possible each day and prioritize the orders to place installations and service calls over removals at this time. We ask for your patience and understanding during this pandemic. If we are not able to remove a post in a timely manner and your invoice shows renewal fees we will remove the renewal fees.

The County requires that we give any employee exposed to COVID-19 the time at home based on exposure, symptoms and tests. We will follow those guidelines.

We are hoping those exposed to the virus are found to be healthy at the end of 14 days from the date of notification. The health and safety of you and your clients are important to us as well and we will not send any drivers out that may have been exposed.

We are so grateful that we can continue providing our products and services in this new year and will work diligently to get your orders completed.
