It’s been six years since I’ve sold in-person. Between Covid, buying our first house, having a baby, and losing that same house almost a year ago to the Eaton fire, life has taken its twists and turns. The last show I did was in 2019 so it only felt natural to start back up with them in 2025. It pushed me to finish setting up a temporary studio space, make pieces again, get back out there and share my work in a real, physical way, and it felt SO GOOD. Thank you to for bringing me back into the fold and to and all the people who supported me along the way, it’s been a WILD ride.

To everyone who couldn’t make it to the show, I’ll be having an Instagram Stories sale this Friday at 10am PST.

Be there…or think about how socks are made and stare into the void like I am in this candid photo (my most natural state tbh).

Sometimes I can’t stop myself from seeing things in these abstract stained glass compositions. This one is making me think of a sunset off the Santorini coast. I’ve never been, but my mind is taking me places.

There are two hooks on the back to attach it to the wall and to flip, in case you get tired of the view and want to go vertical.

WOW, the orange on this lamp will always make me smile, in fact, so do all of its hues and shapes! A pure mash up of art deco form and mid-century colors.

I don’t remember which orange glaze I used and unfortunately, I lost my references in the fire, but if you have any mid-range satin orange glaze recos, send them my way!

One of the more complex designs in the collection of lost lamps. I remember having a good time picking out the contrasting glass colors to go with the deep indigo of the glazed ceramic base.

I have two lamps left to share with you from this collection before I enter new territory, thanks for sticking around while I find my footing.

Its been 6 months since we lost our home to the Eaton fire, since we sifted through the ashes of our former lives, picking up the pieces and starting over.

It’s taken me a while to share more of our story, posting this update meant I would have to go back and look through memories of what was and is no longer, years of work I poured my heart into, including the remnants of this lamp that I found amongst the ashes.

It reminded me of the poppies that graced our Altadena foothills. Even though we lost it all, the poppies made it, bursting through the charred earth of our front yard. A cyclical reminder that resurrection stems from the destruction that envelops us.

In the months that followed the fire, we stayed with friends and family as we made our way up the coast to settle in Portland, where we were greeted by California poppies…a small and significant piece of home away from home.

On Wednesday morning, 1/8/2024, we lost our home to the Eaton Fire.

It’s taken me several days to muster up the energy to share the news with all of you. I haven’t been able to look through the photos and videos of the aftermath that my husband managed to take of all that is gone, forever, remembering what once was. Altadena was the reason we left the east coast to move out west, its vibrant community, its rich history. Our home didn’t just hold our past, it once stood in a place that was our future, our dreams lived in the small foothill town of Beautiful Altadena.

Thankfully we’re all safe and out of the fire and smoke, staying with family a little ways north while we try to find our footing on this unstable ground. I’ll be sharing more about how we experienced this catastrophe and any resources that may help us all as the days progress and our tears stop blinding us.

We’re extremely grateful for the outpouring of messages and support from our friends and loved ones so far. Your words and kindness are guiding us as we navigate through the most turbulent time of our lives.

It’s always hard to ask for help but if you can, our friends have created a gofundme for our family that you can donate to. Any amount is appreciated, link in bio.

Today at 1 pm PST, this lamp will be joining 2 of its friends and a handful of work from other artists at John Lautner’s Harpel House during a shoppable livestream event. Join Troy Halterman of as he walks us through this architectural gem and talks about each piece in this beautifully curated collection.

The lamp you see here, with its swooping curve, took me longer to work out than most and required some meticulous planning to get the pieces lined up just right. I’m quite pleased with the results and would love to hear what you think of the lamps so far, do you have a favorite in the series?

Lamp nº 7
Ceramic, glass, metal
15.5 x 11.25 x 4.5 in / 40 x 29 x 11.5 cm

A ceramic and glass table lamp with an inlaid mottled green circle reminiscent of an afternoon of dappled light from a nearby tree. The base is glazed in a soft matte green, with a variation that offers depth and softness to the piece.
