Well, after what happened to our Head Pot Head last month and the state of the retail cannabis industry as a whole, we’ve unfortunately decided to shut our doors for the foreseeable future.
After 23+ years and the oldest dispensary in San Francisco, we regrettably have to accept the difficult fact that we can’t continue to provide loving and compassionate service to our customers while Martin navigates his recovery from a brutal, random shooting. At least not for now… we’ll see what the future holds. Martin is grateful and lucky to be alive and we’re rooting for his full recovery.
In the meantime, we’re shutting down on 9th street and reassessing what the next steps are for V***r Room. It’s hard to believe after all this time, that we’re closing. We hope it’s not for too long. We’ll keep you updated on here.
