This bowl has been on repeat lately 🍓✨

Coconut yogurt + homemade strawberry syrup + Imlak'esh Organics Macambo Magic granola = the kind of breakfast that makes getting up early feel worth it 🥰

Here’s the strawberry syrup recipe if you want to try 👇

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp water
1/2 lemon, juiced
dash of sea salt

Add strawberries, maple syrup, and water to a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally and lightly mashing the strawberries as they soften (about 8 minutes).

Continue simmering until the mixture thickens slightly and coats the back of a spoon (about 5 more minutes). Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and sea salt.

Let cool for 10 minutes... strain for a smooth syrup, or leave as is for a chunkier texture. 🍓

Keep in the fridge for about a week. Enjoy!

What a weekend! 💛

We had an absolute blast partnering with ATHLETA for the San Francisco Marathon! There is something so special about spending the day with people who are passionate about fueling their bodies, supporting one another, and celebrating movement.

We even had the chance to meet the incredible winners of the Half Marathon (congratulations Lucy Jenks Grace Connolly 🎉), catch up with our wonderful friends at JUICE SHOP, and meet so many amazing people who already knew and loved Nana Joes Granola. Hearing your stories and seeing familiar faces truly fills our cups.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, sampled our granola, shared your favorite blend, or simply came over to say hello. Moments like these remind us why we do what we do.
