We've been getting a lot of questions about our market refilling process, so we wanted to create a post to help you all out!
With the new refilling process, we ask that you now label your containers with the product, scent, and the amount you wish to refill your containers with. We'll have writing utensils (both temporary and permanent), as well as water-activated compostable labels for you to use to label your containers. In addition, we will also have refill menus to review and scent jars that you can smell for our scent options.
When you then drop off your containers, we will ask you to fill out our refill request form to get an order #. Optionally, you can sign up for notifications and receive notifications with your order # (1) when you drop off your containers, (2) when your refills are ready for pick-up, and (3) when your refills have been picked up.
Whether you sign up for notifications or not, we ask that you are back by the end of the market to pick up and pay for your refills.
We hope that with this refilling process, you will no longer have to wait around for us to pump your containers. Instead, we recommend you drop off your containers at the beginning of the market or your work day, and then go about the rest of your day until your refills are ready for pick-up the day of!
