Milk tea ganache recipe! I typically use this in my valentine's day boxes but it also goes great in macarons- something that's been on my mind to make lately 😄

🌿 Happy Earth Day! 🌎Completely plant-based Oddish chocolate made with Even though Oddish is kind of a root plant, I can't unsee an adorable walking blueberry 😆

Fillings:
🫐 Blueberry Pate de Fruit
🫐🌾 Blueberry oat ganache made with TCHO's oatly white chocolate
🌰 Almond, oat, rice krispie crunch
🌿 Wafer paper leaves

Power Up Hearts: Pride Edition ♥️🧡💛💚💙💜 The caffeine collection 🤪

A bit late on this box, but finally available online! I wanted to do rainbow pokeballs but mid-painting them I realized a much better way for making them for a smoother and faster production that made me want to scrap them....so next year 😅

I'll be taking a brief hiatus in July due to warmer weather to plan out the rest of the year's chocolate work and wrap up an e-course I'm making on product design. Thank you so much to each and every one of you for liking, commenting, purchasing, and supporting me on this journey ♥️

Loving my new branded transfer sheets for capping the bottom of chocolates 😍 Thank you .sweet , fantastic customer support as always!

Why Yellow text though? I mostly seal my chocolates with milk chocolate and wanted something that was kind of neutral but easily legible against the color brown. Also something you could still read on the occasional times I seal in white chocolate.

White text was hard to read on white chocolate and black text was annoying to read on milk chocolate. 😆 Looking at my branding I wasn't a fan of red text on milk chocolate either so that's how I ended up with yellow 🟡😂

Happy April 1st! Dragon Ball chocolates are now available in the shop!

Dragon Ball was a staple of my early years, loved the animation, kid Goku and Bulma were fun to watch (I loved that Bulma was an inventor), and the story wasn't repetitive like DBZ.

This box is inspired by Hawaiian flavors as spring is just around the corner- nice bright flavors to power your day ☀️

You don't need a special day to tell someone you love them or treat them, or treat yourself. You want chocolate, buy some d*mn chocolate. You want flowers, go buy those flowers- you're worth it every day ❤️

Always having a Vegan/Dairy free option available is really important to me. Between a close friend who is vegan and seeing how few his options were and personally growing with severe dairy allergy - it completely sucked when you couldn't eat the same thing as everyone else. No pizza, no ice cream ☹️

In recent years have allergen/vegan/dairy free products become more widely available, and even then not super common depending where you live. I'm super fortunate in the Bay Area that there are so many options when it comes to food.

Over the past couple months I've been steadily improving this recipe for my Vegan/dairy free PokeBall-

Ginger Strawberry Ganache with a homemade pistachio praline and a couple freeze dried strawberry bits for a little extra strawberry punch. I really love the infusion of ginger here- so good ❤️

While these ones are already sold out, they'll make a return in coming months. In the meantime there are still boxes of vegan/dairy free Pacman caramels! 🎉
