There's something about a Topps Transcendent Superfractor that shines a little brighter than the rest.

Back at the in 2022, we had the opportunity to purchase the 2018 Ichro Transcendent '52 Tribute Superfractor Auto. At the time, we were mostly basketball and football collectors, but there was something about that card that we couldn't take our eyes off of.

It was, by far, the most expensive baseball card we had purchased at the time and quickly became a cornerstone of our collection. Since acquiring the card, we've come to realize it was Ichiro's first Transcendent Superfractor Auto and the first year that Transcendent included a Tribute Auto for any players other than Kris Bryant and Aaron Judge. Topps has even used the card in multiple marketing campaigns over the years.

Fast forward a few years, and as fate would have it, we've had the opportunity to aquire all three Ichiro '57 Tribute Superfractors from the 2021 Topps Transcendent release. Each coming from different platforms over the past 6 weeks.

I guess we're writing this all to say that if you want to get true enjoyment out of this hobby, buy what catches your eye. We may all be individuals with our own collections, but we share the same emotions, and there's likely hundreds of collectors out there that will freak out over the same cards you do. Since acquiring the original Superfractor auto, we've met an entire community of Ichiro collectors from all around the world, and it never gets old seeing the same look that was on my face at the National when it comes out of our case.
