This season, as the veil feels thinner, I pause to honor those who came before me. Their strength is stitched into my spirit, their lessons guide my choices, their love keeps me steady.

To pour libations, to speak their names, to light a candle, those are all acts of gratitude and remembering that we carry our ancestors with us in every breath.

As we honor them, we also honor ourselves. Because their dreams live on through our hands, our hearts, our work, and our healing.
