I want to take a moment 🍻😭 and acknowledge that it was South Bay Makers 3year & my birthday this past weekend! 🎉

Thank you community who has been part of this beautiful 🤩 journey. It’s been wild in the best way possible & it wouldn’t be possible without the opportunity of giving the opportunity of a lifetime. 💯😇🙏🏾 What started at , has now grown into something on a much bigger scale, and it holds a special place in my heart. 💓🔥🌺

3 years with this incredible crew has brought not only lessons, but so much growth. There has been so much love 💕 & effort that you can truly see everyone’s passion through the work they do and the love they pour back into the community.

We have built a community within a 2 1/2-3 yr span, from working with amazing organizers, to small community events, people showing up for one another, supporting each other, and creating connections that have turned into a sense of family 🌺. It was never about us, it’s always been about local business. About creating a space where people feel seen, supported, and like they belong. An open space of gathering communities together.

The journey hasn’t been perfect. There have been growing pains and lots of lessons (and we’re still learning), everything had been done with intention, to inspire, uplift, and create space for those who may not always feel like they have one.

I want to say thank you crew showing up even when life has given us hardships & for the community for showing up! The people who we have meet at our Cityline who became part of family & photobooth memories to see us age especially my grey hair that has doubled since then 😂🤣😭.

With that being said The vision for “Around the World” has gotten bigger and we are bringing something special for everyone! 👀✨

Who’s ready for it? This one is for you—COMMUNITY, MAKERS & ARTISTS! Sunnyvale ain’t ready 🔥🌺

✨ A moment of beauty in imperfection ✨

Recapping one of our Japan experiences. While we were in Japan for a wedding, we had the privilege of experiencing .showzi , the ancient Japanese art of repairing broken ceramics with lacquer and 24-karat gold.

Under the guidance of master Showzi, we carefully restored a tea cup made by his daughter using Kintsugi techniques — applying lacquer, dusting it with gold powder, and slowly bringing the piece back to life. Each step felt incredibly thoughtful and intentional. What could take up to weeks to create took hrs from previous past class participants.

What moved me most was the philosophy behind Kintsugi: the cracks and imperfections are not something to hide, but something to honor. The repair becomes part of the story, making the piece even more beautiful than before. 👌🏾💓

Taking home the cup I repaired myself made the experience even more special — a reminder that beauty can emerge from brokenness.

An unforgettable experience I’ll treasure for years to come. 🤍

Still riding the gratitude from 🤍
I am very thankful for everyone who showed up this past weekend to support local! I have not popped up much this year but I promised myself that I wouldn’t miss this market because it’s my way to celebrate 🎊 the spirit of my mom 💖

Big love to those who stopped by my booth just to say hi and tell me you’re still loving my past sewn pieces — that truly means so much to me. It’s still doing the job 🫶🏾☺️ Its crazy to think back of when I 1st started. From COVID to now, it has been a journey of many lessons and continuous learnings.

Loved to have ended this holiday market surrounded by many people from the SBM fam that I love and appreciate deeply. My heart is full. Ya’ll are dope.🫰🏾

Cheers to all the makers and artists I keep crossing paths with. Here’s to 2026 — new goals, new lessons, and growing together.

One love,
hello lily 🤍
