Omakase at 180! 🍣 Exclusive Guest Chef Dinner with Mr. Daisuke Muroi at @180.corner, June 28th to July 1st.

We are thrilled to announce an exclusive guest chef dinner for 180 members with renowned chef Daisuke Muroi. He will be cooking an authentic Kaiseki-style Omakase menu accompanied by a sake pairing.

Mr. Muroi trained as an apprentice for nine years at 3-star Japanese restaurant “Ishikawa” in Kagurazaka and moved on to study for three more years at popular Kaiseki restaurant “Kimoto”. He took on an extensive knowledge of traditional Japanese cuisine and an appreciation for the thoughtful combination of ingredients passed down from his masters.

Wes Anderson, and made a surprise appearance at the Asteroid City exhibition at @180.studios — one thing you can’t miss after watching the film. The exhibition features original sets, props, miniatures and even the 1950s diner in the film ! Hotdogs, pancakes, milkshakes and grilled cheese are served here!

Imagine watching rocking the stage with Wes Anderson on your side, all in the whimsical setting of a 1950s diner straight out of Anderson's latest masterpiece ! 🏜️

The cowboy band from the film reunited after two years and performed the original sound tracks including ‘Dear Alien (Who Art In Heaven)’, ‘You Can’t Wake Up If You Don’t Fall Asleep’ and ‘Freight Train’.
