The transboundry flows from this Tijuana River at a sleepy, blue collared border town in San Diego experience contamination flows from untreated wastewater on the daily. It’s not rare to see a 300+ million gallon sewage spew into the beautiful beaches of the 🇺🇸. We are tired of seeing the flow of 💩 in our local waters.
